In addition, he has ramped up his rhetoric and threat to impose mass deportations across the United States. Shockingly, the nonprofit sector is engaged in a major battle to defeat HR 9495 which would give unilateral power to the secretary of the treasury to revoke the tax exempt status of any nonprofit deemed to be engaged in “terrorist supporting activities”. Our show will discuss the implications of this rule and the need for us defeat this. Lastly , our host will discuss the urgent actions that President Joseph Biden should take prior to leaving office.
