Trump’s Cabinet Proposed Nominees, Threat of Mass Deportations, Attacks on Non-Profit Sector, Biden’s Final Presidential Actions and More!”, On November 5, 2024, Donald J Trump was elected 47th president of the United States. since the election, he has made a series of announcements of controversial potential nominees for his cabinet. In addition, he has ramped up his rhetoric and threat to impose mass deportations across the United States. Shockingly, the nonprofit sector is engaged in a major battle to defeat HR 9495 which would give unilateral power to the secretary of the treasury to revoke the tax exempt status of any nonprofit deemed to be engaged in “terrorist supporting activities”. Our show will discuss the implications of this rule and the need for us defeat this. Lastly , our host will discuss the urgent actions that President Joseph Biden should take prior to leaving office.

The Igniting Change Radio show today will discuss the passing of the amazing poet Nikki Giovanni, and we will examine the ongoing public debates about the use of presidential and prosecutorial power. We will start this discussion with a segment previewing the upcoming motions hearing on December 11th in Glynn County, Georgia in the Jackie Johnson case regarding her alleged abuse of prosecutorial power by protecting the killers of Ahmaud Arbery. Co-Hosts Arnwine and Jones will be in attendance in support of Marcus Arbery and family during these hearings. The major trial of the case is set to start on January 21st, 2025. As promised four years ago, TJC will continue to be in this fight until there is 100% Justice for Ahmaud Arbery.
