Dr. Richard L. Dotson is an ophthalmologist in Washington, D.C. An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor who diagnoses and treats severe and complex eye and vision problems, from cataracts and glaucoma to detached retinas. Dr. Dotson received undergraduate and his medical degrees from the University of Maryland at College Park and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He has been self-employed at the Metropolitan Eye Care Center Associates, in Maryland, practicing ophthalmologist, for more than forty-five (45) years- a business that he began. He is currently semi-retired from his practice. Following Dr. Dotson’s successful triumph over pancreatic cancer, Dr. Dotson became an author writing about his cancer journey and UnBroken: a Survivor’s Guide to Beating Cancer is his first book.
Dr. Kyler Wiltz 12:00 PM – 12:58 PM ET
Dr. Kyler Wiltz is a Transformative Justice Coalition (TJC) certified Voting Rights Advocate & Alumni, participating in the September 2024 Class. Dr. Kylar Wiltz earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Howard University. Dr. Wiltz also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA)-Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree (double concentration program) from Eastern Illinois University. As a first generation physician with aims of becoming a surgeon, Dr. Wiltz’s greatest motivations are being able to tackle, dissect, and solve various facets of healthcare disparities domestically and globally. Dr. Wiltz understands and embraces the role and responsibility of breaking barriers and developing medical policy approaches that best serve his community.
Dr. Carol Jagdeo (12:00 PM – 12:58 PM)
Dr. Carol Jagdeo is an internist treating patients in the Washington, DC region. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. Dr. Jagdeo earned her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Jagdeo’s Residency was completed in internal Medicine at Georgetown University. Dr. Jagdeo has been a practicing physician for more than twenty (20) years. Dr. Jagdeo has expertise in treating obesity, hypertension, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other areas.

The impact of Questionable American Health Care Policy and America’s Future.” Radio Show Co-Hosts, and Transformative Justice Coalition (TJC) Co-Leaders, Attorney Barbara Arnwine and Attorney Daryl Jones will feature special guest, Dr. Richard Larry Dotson, M.D., author of “Unbroken: A Survivor’s Guide to Beating Cancer.”
Dr. Dotson will open our show and discuss his new best-selling book on Amazon, “Unbroken: A Survivor’s Guide to Beating Cancer.” Dr. Dotson’s book is a top selling book. His book explores the elements of faith, love, perseverance and the miracles of modern medicine.
