BOARD MEMBERGrace Franklin  is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Co-Founder of OKC Artists for Justice. She attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. Ms. Franklin is a published poet, playwright, actress and activist. She has worked in various high schools and elementary schools as a performer and teacher. She believes that creativity can extend to activism because an artist’s vison is not based on what is normal or acceptable. Creativity can include exploring and changing the concept of reality. Activism is connecting with other individuals and organizations to tangibly change our reality.
